Competitive bidding on all offerings at Ray White City Apartments auction

City-Apartments-Auction

There was competitive bidding on all five Auckland CBD apartments offered at Ray White City Apartments auction last week, with three selling under the hammer and two being passed in for sale by negotiation.

Apartments suitable for owner occupiers continue to sell particularly well as more people consider inner city living as an alternative to the suburbs.

The auction highlight was a spacious apartment in the Beaumont complex opposite Victoria Park.

Several apartments in this complex have come up for sale recently and this one sold under the hammer for $935,000.

At the other end of the scale, a unit in the Volt building on Queen St fetched $240,000 (see photo inset).

The team will be hoping for similar auction successes as another six properties go up for Auction at 12.30 today.
