With a total of 4 years in Property Management, Clement’s passion for property has proven to be the perfect platform for a successful career. Clement previously worked in property management on both the North Shore and City Centre. He has a strong attention to detail, efficiency and superb organizational skills. This will only allow for him to continue to succeed in the fast pace that the property management industry presents.

Clement loves spending time with people, whether at work or socialising with friends in his leisure time. He also enjoys his spare time riding his motorcycle, and spending it with his animals. He looks forward to meeting you and assisting you with your property management needs. Born in the north of China and studied here in Auckland, Clement speaks both English and Chinese mandarin.

Hi Des and Clement, First of all, thank you. You have been very pleasant to deal with throughout my tenancy, prompt in dealing with any issues that have arisen, and exceptionally swift in finding a replacement tenants and therefore removing the need for me to continue paying rent for very long after we have left. This was my first experience of renting since being in my 20s (I’m now in my 70s) and I’m grateful that it was without any of the dramas that some people apparently experience.  (Presumably they went through other agencies!)
