Ray White Glenfield is under the new ownership of Carpenter Realty Ltd as husband and wife team, Glenn and Bernice Carpenter extend their footprint on the North Shore.
Glenn Carpenter has been selling real estate on the North Shore since 1996, Bernice for seven years. Glenn and Bernice are also the proud owners of Ray White Beach Haven, the market leader in the area with over 35 percent market share and growing thanks to a dedicated team of skilled and ethical salespeople.
Glenn is a long term resident of the North Shore, being part of the community is only natural for him. He’s an official sponsor to many schools, clubs and societies and loves getting involved in the community wherever he can, a highlight being the success of the House of Dreams sale for Plunket where they purchased a 1940’s home, renovated and sold the property to raise money for the Beach Haven Plunket as the were in dire need of better facilities.
Ray White Glenfield officially reopened their office in late February to a full house with a lively atmosphere, and solo singer Kate Wood entertaining the crowd.
