In October of 2015 I engaged Carol Radford to handle the sale of my property in Island Bay. Being a little cynical through previous dealings with Estate Agents, I expected a sizeable marketing bill followed by a hefty commission for what seems very little effort. In reality however, I could not have been more wrong. The energy Carol brought to the table was far beyond any prior experience and exceptional to say the least. Carol went out of her way in preparing and arranging the house, providing me with a to do list, supplying furnishings, arranging professional photography, liaising with council and dealing with the extensive paperwork, site visits and red tape to achieve the necessary code of compliance I had neglected to complete with an old alteration. This combined with the many open homes and individual visits insured I had the maximum number of people interested on crunch day. Carol is an amazing people person and maintained a calm, can do, determined yet warm demeanour throughout the process. Carol is passionate about her work and this reflects in the energy applied in the preparation and sales process. While overseeing multiple tasks, her focus on presentation, people and integrity justifiably eases peoples doubts and will achieve or, as with my case, exceed the desired financial expectation.
