Braden Stanton

After growing up in Blenheim, Braden has returned to his hometown. Braden has been in the property industry in many different facets for over 20 years. Having gained a Bachelor of Commerce in Valuation and Property Management, he worked for a large international telecoms company in the UK as a senior property manager for the UK and Europe property portfolio. After 7 years, he then returned to New Zealand and worked for a large retail chain as their national property and leasing manager. Following this, he was an owner and director of a property consultancy and professional services business for 10 years looking after the property interests of a number of NZ’s largest retailers throughout NZ and Australia.  After selling this business he relocated to Nelson in 2019 and worked for a large Nelson based developer, developing commercial property in both Nelson and Auckland. 

Braden really enjoys the challenges that owning a business brings. He loves to help and see people within a business grow in their chosen profession and become all they can be. 

Braden is married and loves nothing more than spending time with his wife Rachel and his daughter Pia.
