Within a week they had half-a-dozen interested buyers, we were all ready for that drop to Level 3 to be able to show people through and head to auction! Then the Lockdown was extended, we felt the time crunch. The Ray White Team kept us cool and calm during this very stressful time. They checked in with us, were full of helpful suggestions, ideas and guidance. We, at their advice, moved from an auction to a listed price and crossed our fingers. Surely, somewhere out there, was someone who looking for a cozy apartment, in a central location, that was as keen to buy as we were to sell? There was. The very next day, exactly 4 years to the day since we had moved in, we received a fully unconditional offer. For those of you out there who are in similar, stressful, situations - don’t give up!
