Auction hat-trick for Ray White Manly and Peninsula

Ray White Manly and Peninsula celebrated a hat-trick of under the hammer successes at their first in-room auctions of the year as the New Zealand property market continued to fire.

The biggest and stand-out sale came courtesy of Salespeople Gary Martin and Jayne Winefield as they successfully sold 70 Palmgreen Court (pictured above) in Stanmore Bay for $835,000.

Ray White New Zealand Auctioneer Ben East (pictured below) – who called all three under the hammer sales – said auction success was not just confined to Auckland.

“What we’re seeing is real competition for buyers across the country as New Zealand remains one of the few safe havens of the world from the COVID-19 pandemic,” Mr East said.

“These are remarkable results for the office, and I commend the team at Ray White Manly and Peninsula for following the auction process through impeccably to deliver for their sellers.”

Elsewhere, the Gary Martin and Jayne Winefield duo also sold 15B Pacific Parade in Army Bay for $720,000, and Salespeople Sharon and Kirk Maxwell completed the hat-trick as they sold 40A Cedar Terrace in Stanmore Bay for $716,000.

“70 Palmgreen had 41 groups through during the open homes and three of the five registered buyers actively competed. 15BPacific had two registered bidders battling it out after 30 groups came through the open homes and private inspections,” said Salesperson Tim Winefield.
