When I first arrived to view the property and meet the owners, I walked in the door and from that moment on I was confronted with a series of yeses. From the front door to the back, every room was a win, and every room made me smile.

Just when I thought it was over, we stepped through to an exceptional family room and I thought, this is too much. Now I was thinking, 'I shouldn't take this one to market, I should buy it myself instead'.

At that point my vendors then led me out the back, and all rational thinking stopped. The only thought in my head was OMG! You will see from the photo's why.
