Vendor's statement - Built by Hensaw Builders using tanalized timber H1 framing with a water proof envelope over sheets and flashings with a solid masonry render cladding, this construction is the only pre 2004 building type that operates in a similar way to the modern cavity system allowing any build-up of moisture to be ducted along the water-proof envelope to the base outlet without coming into contact with the framing.
