We need to talk. I love your open sophisticated living spaces & elegant luxury - it captivates me. I need somewhere to live in then lock up & leave because I'm not in Auckland all the time & your easy-care design just works - it really does.
I noticed that you have the most superb Waitemata Harbour views from pretty much every room of the house & especially on the top floor where it feels that from the comfort of my bed, I could reach out and touch Rangitoto Island as it hugs the distant horizon beyond Hobson Bay.
I particularly love the kitchen - I can picture myself prepping fabulous dinner parties on that granite benchtop & cooking on the gas hob - I think that will go down well with my friends and family as they wait sipping an aperitif on the terrace.
Remember how I said I needed my space? Well you deliver on that one too because at approximately 173m spread over three levels your configuration includes a home office or third bedroom on the ground level where I can retreat or banish someone else to. And every bedroom has its own bathroom - boom.
