Auckland Business Owners Set Quarterly Business Plan

Auckland

The Ray White business owners from our 59 office network in Auckland recently joined together at the Sofitel Hotel in Central Auckland to review the first quarter performance of the company for 2014 and to set the strategy and business plan for the second and third quarters of the year.

As part of the review, the Ray White Group confirmed five new offices in the Auckland region including Takanini, St Heliers, One Tree Hill, Beachlands and Mangere Bridge. This has taken the Group to a record high number of offices now being 59 across Auckland.  The Group as at the end of March also recorded a new record high in market share of 21.3% in number of sales. This has been brought about by the increased productivity of individual sales members as well as the March marketing programmes available to each Ray White business which lifts the profile of the company, particularly in the area of print media and online marketing.

During the meeting each of the leading zone members presented their market activity, with all reports being positive which accounted for the highest number of sales the Group has achieved in the first quarter of any year for the Auckland region.

As part of the Group’s Strategy, areas of collective commitment, market share, business planning, client values, agency capacity and compliance were all discussed in detail. This links the success of the Ray White agency business at each level of performance including residential and commercial sales together with property management.

As part of the meeting the Group released the Chinese Toolkit together with a factual document showcasing Ray White properties sold over one million dollars in the Australian and New Zealand markets- aptly titled: “Ray White Sells More Property Over $1 Million in Australia and New Zealand”.  In the specialist area of property management, Ray White released the Tenant Information Guide which is an up to date guide offering to all tenants across New Zealand as part of our property management service.

Carey Smith, Chief Executive of Ray White New Zealand, said that the Auckland offices for the Ray White Group were exceptional. The performance of the company right across the area has seen strong increases, with the number of new offices that have opened and also the attraction of the company for top salespeople to join and further lift their performance through the Ray White systems.
