Arlene Gollan

Arlene’s philosophy centres on the belief that people are at the heart of every successful venture.  She is dedicated to working collaboratively with clients, striving to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive success.

Arlene began her career with Ray White Metro in 2021 as an Assistant Property Manager. During her 3 years in property management, she advanced to the role of Senior Property Manager and achieved an Executive Performer award. Her growing passion for people and property naturally led her to explore the broader realm of real estate. 

Her real estate journey started with her joining the top-performing team at Metro which afforded her the opportunity to learn from the best.  Her brief but impactful experience further fueled her motivation to carve out her own path in the industry.
