Appointment Reflects Continued Growth

 

Sarah Pearce has joined the Ray White New Zealand corporate team in the role as Growth Performance Executive. Sarah brings with her hard-earned skills and experience from an award winning background in real estate. As a new salesperson in her first year (2003) Sarah achieved Top 10% award for the Auckland/Northland region with another group and Runner Up Rookie of the Year. Early 2004 she moved to Ray White and enjoyed a significant leap in business growth as a result, quickly earning Premier Award that year. She then grew her business to include a team of sales assistants known as the “Property Matchmaker” team and went on to attain and maintain Ray White Elite Award status (top 2% internationally) for four consecutive years (2005-2008). Along the way she earned various other national awards: No 1 for Business Growth 2006, No 3 for Referrals to Ray White Financial Services 2006, No 8 Supreme Salesperson 2007, No 13 Supreme Growth 2007, No 1 for referrals to Loan Market 2008, No 10 Supreme Salesperson 2008, No 1 for referrals to Ray White Financial Services 2009 and Premier Award again in 2009.

During this time, Sarah also attained her status as a Licensee Agent together establishing a strong TV profile as both Real Estate Agent and Property Expert, providing key input and presenting prime time material on national television, most recent being the Save Our Home series which aired 2009 and 2010.
