Madelon was warm, professional and knowledgeable, with excellent communication at all times. It was an old estate sale house which we had been clearing and cleaning for two, long winter months. Then on 17th September I contacted Madelon. She was like a warm whirlwind of positive energy. Her enthusiasm and real estate knowledge were admirable and her diligence outstanding. We were skillfully guided and informed every step of the way. Within a month the old house was signed up, with back-up offers...then SOLD.
