Each year the Group has an annual recognition evening that acknowledges outstanding performance by members across New Zealand. Ray White today has 166 offices and annually completes property sales for over 18,000 clients and holds a property management portfolio of 17,700 properties.

Chief Executive, Carey Smith, has, since 1998, annually given acknowledgement to an individual member for their significant contribution to the success of the Ray White Group. Being in its 21st year of presentation, this year’s award was presented to Adam Thomson from Ray White Manukau.

Carey Smith, Chief Executive of Ray White New Zealand, in presenting the award to Adam said that Adam’s story is special given that he has grown a business of significance over the past six years from a new operation. “It is a business story of excellence in work ethic, decision making and growth. The early days for Adam were testing in an area where Ray White had to reposition and Adam’s strength in navigating those early days put him in good stead and the outcome today is a business that is the market leader and one of the leading offices within Ray White. Not only has Adam got significant sales representation, but he has grown one of the leading property management businesses in South Auckland.”

Ray White Manukau business owner, Adam Thomson, said in receiving the award that it was a very special moment in his career. “Ray White has always been alongside and shared my ambition for growth and receiving tonight’s award is very much about my team and also those people that continue on the successful journey we have had as a business. Our company has a good position in sales and property management and it is all thanks to our combined efforts and also the ability to partner with Ray White.”

The Ray White Group internationally has over 1,000 offices and across each of the markets, the Chief Executives select their personal awards and this year was the 21st time the award was presented in New Zealand.
