Aaron was so lovely to deal with. A previous realestate agent I had dealings with left me in tears as was so pushy and I got rolled eyes when I put an offer in on a place. Aaron always stayed in touch and let me know what was happening with the house, walked me through documents and was generally just amazing to deal with. It was my first home purchase so being a newbie it was great to have someone who made the process as easy as possible. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent!!

Based on our input (what we are expecting to get for the house and timeframe to sell it), Aaron provided ideas on how to market the house and what price tag to put on. At the end we got the amount we wanted. Aaron also helped me buying a house. I was a very indecisive home shopper, so I definitely tested Aaron’s knowledge about local communities and types of homes, and were never disappointed with his responses. Most important to me, Aaron was always honest with us/me about what he thought about each property, was always available and helpful, and we/myself always felt that he truly had our best interests at heart. Even now, weeks after closing, he still cheerfully recommends contractors and other service providers when I contact him looking for suggestions as I complete work on my new home.
