A whopping $33,775 raised in the ‘Drop Your Boss’ event

Nicolette and Frank Aldridge from Ray White Plenty in Tauranga love getting amongst the community, whether is helping at school fundraisers, helping move people, supplying meals here or there – they just love to help people.

Earlier in the year, Nicolette was at a function and the organiser approached her about the Drop Your Boss initiative, which involved 20 local community leaders in taking the challenge of skydiving, leaping out of a plane and free falling at a speed of 120mph.

The funds raised would go toward the Graeme Dingle Foundation who run programmes KiwiCan and Project K reaching 2500 children in 11 Western Bay of Plenty communities each week. KiwiCan builds capacity in children through role modelling and teaching values and skills for life so they can be the best they can be and Project K is a life changing youth development programme achieving outstanding results through adventure-based learning, community engagement and 12 months of mentoring.

With the can-do attitude Nicolette and Frank’s passion for helping others, a brave Nicolette successfully jumped out of a plane and helped raise a whopping $33,775!

After the jump, Nicolette said “I still cannot believe I actually did this today – what an amazing experience and for such a good cause. Thanks for all your support!!”.

Ray White Plenty sit in the heart of Tauranga, 232 Devonport Road, pop in and congratulate Nicollette on a fantastic achievement.
