At Ray White Beach Haven we are getting so close to finishing our House of Dreams! With the interior painting all but finished, it’s time to get moving.
There is a bit of a log jam of tradespeople waiting to get in now and I think the first will be the crew at PS Electrical who are going in to fit off the whole house (powerpoints, light switches etc) this Thursday 13th June. Leigh from Lamp Specialists Ltd has delivered some very stylish lights and light fittings that the PS Electrical boys can install too.
Peter Martin of A1 Rangehood Installations will also be able to go in and install the rangehood that Betta Electrical and Parmco kindly donated and the boys from Image Glass can install the glass splash backs in our new kitchen. The kitchen from Kitchen Studio Albany has been fitted and installed which looks beautiful.
Steve Taylor our hardworking Licensed Building Practitioner will be doing the waterproofing in the bathrooms in preparation for the tiles to arrive from Heritage Tiles this week. We desperately need a tiler! Do you know anyone who can help? It’s only a small job!
Monty from Table Top Flooring is going in this Friday to sand back and polish the Rimu floorboards, and Flooring Direct are booked in to lay the carpet on Monday 17th June.

Once again, a big thanks to you everyone for all their support and hard efforts. The house is looking amazing and we are very close to setting an auction date. Will keep you posted so you can come and view the finished house at the open homes, or come along to the auction!
