The campaign took place in front of our Ray White Whangamata office at 503 Port Road, Whangamata during the Beachhop 2013 (20th – 24th March). Everyone interested could enter for free by filling in an entry form supplying name and email address or phone number (given they were over 18 years old and no family or employees/contractors of Ray White NZ or real estate companies in Whangamata). 2000 petrol heads did so. The winner of the V8 BBQ got drawn on Sunday, the 24th March under police supervision.

The winners – Paul & Jude Frowein from Tauranga – where just walking around the Mount on Sunday morning, the 24th March when Paul’s phone rang. Thinking it was a business call on this peaceful Sunday morning he wished he wouldn’t have taken the phone but Paul’s face lit up (according to his wife Jude) when he realized what the phone call was about: they had just won the unique V8 BBQ Grill – a dream for all petrol heads! Steve Morrison, the owner & principal of Ray White Whangamata had delivered the good news.
