Over 130 Ray White property managers have today attended the annual property management conference which has been brought together by Mary Taylor and the team from Ray White Property Management.

The seminar commenced with keynote speaker Julie Ryan presenting on the value of service and the way property managers engage with their customers. Rockend, who are the partner sponsor of the seminar, then presented their latest software and integrated property management tools. The day then continued with residential tenancy expert Scotney Williams. Scotney has been a consultant to the Ray White Group for the past three years and has recently written a book entitled “Keep Calm” based around the Residential Tenancy Act. Natalie Wendell is the managing director of her own property management company based in Auckland for the past three years. Natalie spoke on her ideas behind growth, customer care and wealth creation from her business perspective. The afternoon completed with a panel of property managers which included Mary Taylor from Taylor Rentals. The panel faced a number of questions and detailed experienced answers which continued to engage the attendees.
