Over the past 12 months the Ray White Group has expanded its network of offices in the Northland region to 13 which has now allowed the company to almost double its market share during that period.
Just over six months ago the Allens network of offices in Whangarei, Tutukaka and Bream Bay joined the company. The Allens team has over 45 team members and has already achieved a top three position in the Ray White network across New Zealand.
Jean Johnson joined her company which was previously The Professionals in Dargaville to Ray White in November 2011. Jean has had a long established agency business in Dargaville which covers not only residential but also lifestyle and rural property.
Dianne Quinn Real Estate is the latest network of offices to join Ray White, with businesses located in Paihia, Kawakawa and Kaikohe. These offices are market leaders in each of the areas that they trade. Dianne Quinn’s business has been established for several years and has joined Ray White as of 2 April 2012.
The other offices within the Ray White Northland zone include Kaitaia, Mangonui, Kerikeri, Maungaturoto, Mangawhai and Snells Beach. The Ray White Group now has over 80 salespeople throughout the Northland region and the company manages in excess of 1,000 properties. Each office has its own individual website and also actively market property through their local media together with online partner Trade Me and realestate.co.nz.
