Ray White is proud to announce the opening of our 130th office throughout New Zealand, with the joining of Coopers Real Estate to be known as Ray White Rotorua. Coopers Real Estate was established in September 2002 from a passionate belief, enthusiasm and determination of a team of experienced and successful real estate practitioners. Today Coopers Real Estate is proudly owned by Anita Martelli and Tim O’Sullivan. Together they have developed a team that is committed to each and every client that engages Coopers Real Estate.
Anita Martelli said that the one of the key reasons for Coopers Real Estate joining Ray White was to provide a depth of support in training, technology and marketing. “Ray White will give us a further advantage in the marketplace and when we add that to our individual skills and collective team work, we believe that all our clients will benefit from our business becoming part of Ray White.”
Tim O’Sullivan said the Coopers Real Estate has a long tradition of excellence in delivering outstanding results. “Joining Ray White will assist us to grow our business in sales and property management and in addition give us a broad network of offices that allows each of our clients to have international and national exposure and a high level of marketing.”
