As part of the Ray White New Zealand partnership with NRL rugby league club the Vodafone Warriors, Ray White this week released the first of the At Home series featuring Charlie Gubb.
In episode one, Gubb takes viewers on a behind-the-scenes tour of the Vodafone Warriors’ facilities at Mount Smart Stadium.
The first instalment of At Home has proved exceptionally popular online, topping the numbers achieved by the majority of the videos the club has published. So far it has clocked up more than 142,000 views on the Vodafone Warriors’ Facebook page with about 4,200 likes and close to 600 comments.
In the opening episode Gubb, who has played 37 NRL games, shows viewers through the club’s offices including the coaching department, gymnasium, hyperbaric chamber and finally the players’ changing room and locker room.
He provides an insight into the players’ performances revealing boards showing various strength tables and results.
On the field, the Vodafone Warriors have gained some momentum by going into their first bye following their win over the Gold Coast Titans.
Vodafone Warriors commercial manager Glenn Critchley said: “The partnership with Ray White and the At Home series fits perfectly in respect of providing engaging content which is part of our strategy at the Vodafone Warriors.”
“The insight it provides gives our members and supporters a view inside our facilities that they otherwise would not get and, of course, given Charlie’s natural presentation skills, we are not surprised that episode one has been such a runaway success.”
Ray White New Zealand’s national marketing manager Larissa Tuhaka said: “The digital engagement that Ray White has with the Vodafone Warriors through the At Home series has already set social pages alight.”
“We have repositioned our digital and social content with our Steve Hansen campaign and in doing so, have taken the Vodafone Warriors’ partnership and linked it to the At Home series, which allows people to get behind the scenes of the club and actually visit their home. It is special to see areas the players frequent that are not necessarily in the public domain and, of course, the way Charlie presents it adds great humour and engagement.”
Ray White is the official real estate partner of the Vodafone Warriors. The At Home series will feature five videos. Ray White also, as part of its support of the Vodafone Warriors, engages in the NRL coin toss at each home game. Community groups, in particular, Ronald McDonald House Charities, are invited to be part of the game day experience including meeting the captains of the respective NRL teams and having a photo taken with them.
