Ray White Tauranga Residential office is again expanding and has now moved to new premises situated at 232 Devonport Road, Tauranga. This location takes Ian, Rachel and Rodney out of the CBD to the ‘early Avenues’ where the real estate is prime and the address trendy.
The building they have bought sits in lush grounds with a lovely inner harbour water view. Having previously been used by physiotherapists considerable work is needed to have it ‘real estate’ ready. This however is not holding these enterprising enthusiasts back with them having already moved in without having any down time. The offices are freshly painted, carpets renewed, and computer systems running fine.
Moving to larger premises gives them the opportunity to expand – being joined by Nicolette Aldridge who is assisted by her husband Frank. Nicolette has been in real estate for eight years starting as an assistant/PA to a top agent before becoming a sales person in her own right. She has developed into a highly successful, respected real estate salesperson in the Tauranga community and now moving into business ownership with Ian and Rachel Grindle and Rodney Fong. Their business model has been highly successful for them and is expected to continue to be for Nicolette and Frank the latter having emigrated to New Zealand from South Africa.
