The Ray White Group on a quarterly basis across in New Zealand come together for business performance and strategy meetings. Last week in Taupo over 30 owners came together from the Central and Lower North Island region. The meeting is designed to cover areas of performance, business development and strategy.
Zone Chairperson, Stu Fleming, said “The meetings are always well attended and offices attend from regions as far north as Hamilton and Raglan to the east from Gisborne and the Hawkes Bay and also from the Lower North Island area right through to the capital of Wellington.” He went on to say “Our performance meetings concentrate on collective commitment and how business owners are performing in each of the markets and what new initiatives are assisting in the successful outcome of business opportunity. While residential sales are the area that is predominantly marketed by a real estate office, the majority of businesses through the Central and Lower North Island zone have good sized rent rolls with our area businesses managing a property portfolio of over 5,000 residential properties for landlords.”
During the meeting there were two presentations. Firstly from Loan Market New Zealand through William Laban, the Business Development Manager. William presented the Loan Market value with the Loan Market broker group having over 400 members. There will be through many of the Central and Lower North Island members the implementation of finance signs which will give potential purchasers the opportunity to understand the borrowing capacity available within each of the markets. A strong part of performance and strategy meetings is how the Group relates to the community. Dominique Cornille from Ronald McDonald House presented the National Street Appeal initiative which offices throughout the Ray White New Zealand Group will be supporting on Friday 6 June 2014.
Rae Beale, Business Performance Manager for the Central and Lower North Island, said that “the Central and Lower North Island group continue to have outstanding results with some of the highest market shares across New Zealand.”
During the meeting Ray White Wanganui and Ray White Whangamata were recognised in the area of market share. In the area of loyalty and group commitment, Trevor Dolman was recognised as a Ray White Foundation Member for being part of the group for the past 20 years in the Bay of Plenty and Taupo.
