Ray White is proud to welcome Ray White St Heliers as their 139th office throughout New Zealand. The new St Heliers is part of the Best In The Bays Group, which also has an office in Kohimarama.
Ray White St Heliers was officially opened last night by Dame Rosanne Meo, Chairperson of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand and Carey Smith, Chief Executive of Ray White New Zealand.
Peter Best and John Halstead spoke of their pride in the ongoing success of Best In The Bays through their office at Ray White Kohimarama. Peter Best, during the opening, commented that the expansion to St Heliers had been well researched and was a natural extension of their current agency business. “The area of St Heliers, although neighbouring Kohimarama, is quite different in its geographical make up and having offices in both areas provided an opportunity for staff to actively be a part of both the St Heliers and Kohimarama communities.”
Carey Smith, Chief Executive of Ray White New Zealand, in his address at the opening acknowledged the support and loyalty of the management team of Best In the Bays. He went on to speak about the relationship between individual salespeople and their clients together with property managers and landlords. He said that the increasing importance of the role the individual plays within Ray White is the defining success in the growth and outcomes of results for the company.
Dame Rosanne Meo, Chairperson of the Real Estate Institute, said that the new Ray White St Heliers office “was a benchmark for the industry”. She went on to say that the Ray White Group has strong family values and the new office in St Heliers would continue to reflect that ethic whereby families wanting to talk through real estate would be more than welcome into an office that not only has cutting edge technology, but also can offer a feeling whereby you can discuss your individual needs.
Graeme Fraser, Auckland Business Performance Manager for Ray White, said “The growth of Ray White throughout the region during the past number of years has culminated in many new offices opening for the company.
