Ray White Foundation Members Acknowledged

Ray White recently celebrated their 21st year of being involved in the real estate industry in New Zealand at their 2014 Annual Awards held at the SkyCity Convention Centre on Thursday 20th March.  At this event Ray White also acknowledged the Foundation Members of the company.

Ray White became involved in the New Zealand real estate industry through the purchase of United Realty World, which at the time had 58 offices throughout New Zealand. The Group became part of the Ray White Group which was expanding during the early 1990s and had grown from its original base in Brisbane Queensland to have networks across Australia and in September 1993, New Zealand. The Ray White New Zealand Foundation Members, recognised at the awards evening, were group members during the period of the transition when Ray White purchased the United Realty World Group.

Throughout the 20 years of trading, Ray White has grown the business substantially to today having 138 offices throughout New Zealand and is part of the 1,000 office network through 10 countries of the Ray White Group.

Carey Smith, Chief Executive of Ray White New Zealand, said in his acknowledgement of the Ray White Foundation Members that their loyal support, their insights and contribution to the successful positioning of the Group today was significant. “Many of our Foundation Members continue to be highly successful business owners and contributors to the Ray White Group’s success.”

Brian White, Chairman of the Ray White Group, said that the success of Ray White today cannot be pinpointed to a certain time but has evolved over the last 20 years and the Foundation Members that we celebrate with this evening have been a large part of the company’s success. We could not have believed at the time of purchasing United Realty World that today we would have such a successful business with over 1,500 members through 138 offices across New Zealand.”
