The Ray White Group hold an annual franchisor conference known as Crows Nest. This year over 130 delegates attended the four day event which was held in Brisbane and Noosa in early February 2014.
As part of the event Brian White, the Group Chairman, presents awards to members of the Ray White franchisor team for significant contribution and excellence in the delivery of service during the past 12 months. Graeme Fraser, Ray White New Zealand Auckland Performance Manager, was this year awarded with the Challenge Cup. In his recognition of Graeme, Brian White said that his intuitiveness for the delivery of service, particularly to business owners, is outstanding. “Graeme has driven the business mentoring programme for which business owners across New Zealand join together each month. He has also been a significant part of the introduction of financial mentoring. His role in the Auckland and Northland market in regards to performance has seen the Ray White Group lift market share to new record highs and this has been noticed across all markets.”
Carey Smith, Chief Executive of Ray White New Zealand, said that he was thrilled to see Graeme receive this well deserved recognition.
The Challenge Cup has been presented to franchisor members since 2002.
In receiving the award, Graeme Fraser acknowledged the support of the Ray White New Zealand team and also emphasised the support he receives from Ray White business owners, which makes his role both engaging and rewarding.
During the evening there were several other awards presented and the Chairmans Cup award was presented to Kelly Tatlow from Ray White Concierge.
