The Ray White Group manage over 15,000 properties throughout New Zealand. Part of our ongoing commitment to our members is to continually provide skills training to allow property managers to give the very best service to landlords and tenants. Zac Snelling, who is the Business Performance Manager in the area of Property Management, this week delivered over two days two skills based sessions to over 60 property managers in the Ray White Group.
Zac said “Skills and training is an important part of our upskill programme at Ray White. It allows property managers to interact and share positive stories, which gives us all better outcomes in the area of property management.” Zac went on to say that property management is becoming very much a serviced driven industry and while it still has disciplines around compliance, the requirement to understand the needs of landlords and tenants remains one of the most critical values a property manager can have.
The Ray White Group is holding an international Wealth Conference for property managers within Ray White which is to be held on 10th and 11th November on the Gold Coast. Conference speakers include Brad Beer, Stacey Moseley together with Pip Derohan.
