It started when Nikki Tipene from the Ray White Full Circle office in Christchurch sponsored a corporate boxing event. Attending was a young lady called Phoenix who was very familiar with Nikki’s work having seen her signage around town and at the clubroom’s where Nikki had been working as a volunteer over the past five years.
Phoenix showed alot of interest in Nikki’s real estate career so, in consultation with Phoenix’s parents, Nikki offered to give her a taste of what life as a real estate professional was all about. That day came soon and before long Phoenix was assisting Nikki and her “City to Surf ” team one Saturday at their busy open homes. Nikki said “Phoenix was so excited, as were the team. She was enthusiastic, fully of energy and so keen to learn the various aspects of what we were doing. Visitors to open homes adored her too. It was a pleasure having her for the day”.
